Da Salvo - Osteria Pizzeria Gelateria in Karben

We have just received two of the best fish dishes we have ever eaten from "Da Salvo". Signora Testa was the sorceress, her husband betrayed us. The food is always very good; Salmon tagliatelle, "Chitarra", Al forno, the pizzas - above all rocket + bufalina - all first class. When we were there to eat ice cream two years ago, Mr. Testa told us that they intended to open a small, fine restaurant and offer really freshly cooked food with ingredients of the highest quality. We succeeded, you can taste it and we are glad that you are also delivering to the Okärber mountains in this situation. Thank you, the Testa family!

Everyone is super friendly and nice, the food tastes great. The spaghetti chitarra are awesome! Whether to pick it up or enjoy it there, it is definitely worth a visit!

Super tasty pizza and pasta! I love the Bufalina, haven't eaten such a good pizza for a long time. If you want to sit and don't just order take-away, then you should make a reservation. It's a little tight and the toilet is outside the restaurant, but it's worth the food. The ice cream is ok and a nice change in the small place.

Strong start a few months ago. Ambience and friendliness are okay. Unfortunately, the high standards and standard of food that we had been striving for initially declined. In salad dressing, the quality of the olive oil tastes 'stretched'. The cheese has significantly less taste, aroma and intensity compared to the beginning. If the amount of 45, - Euro is to be paid instead of 38, - Euro because you have miscalculated, the fun stops.
